Somehow I Never Don't Get Scared of This.
As many of you know, you can search your area or any other area for all of the registered sex offenders out there. Kind of like a Where's Waldo if Waldo fucked kids.
I've been told by my friend David that I've got surprisingly Conservative views on a lot of matters, a comment which would have offended me if I had ever thought about it. I think I'm closer to being a black girl than a Conservative. I mean, I tend to be all touchy feely about environmental and freedom related issues and I love the fags and illegals. Those tend to be rather major roadblocks for Conservatives. But one thing I don't mind at all is in regards to our right to be private citizens because I think invasions of privacy are acceptable from time to time. Not Patriot Act shit, but sometimes it makes sense to use the information that's going to be taken from us whether there's a law allowing it or not.
I think it's great that we can see all the loonies in our midst. Granted, I'm sure a percentage of these people were brought up on charges that may be borderline but that's a small price to pay. Shit, I wish we could see other criminals as well. If they were convicted of violent crimes, particularly. I still think killing is worse than sexually abusing.
So, I guess that's a Conservative leaning. Or more likely a facet of being a sane human. I'm anxious to hear from some of you folks about where you think this line should be drawn.
That said, the folks who use this resource as an avenue to locate places to picket and people to launch moral attacks against are just about as scary to me.
But enough sad stuff...

And now... a Mary Worth War Strip from the vault...
All apologizes to the creators of the strip. This intended as parody only and not an attempt to be the best thing ever.
