Vicious Idiot Kings are dropping like flies

From the podcast regularly bringing you the QT Question, here’s a little something to take your mind off the season finale for America that’s currently taking place. Al Schwartz and myself, taking a break from the Quentin Tarantino catalogue, decide to have a lengthy conversation on the legacy of HBO’s mega-series, Game Of Thrones. Remember that?

Schwartz and I were defenders of the ending, or at least parts of it, back in 2019, and now that some time’s past, we thought it was high time to look back at the series, and reflect on what made it so big, and how time might treat it, in light of those controversial final decisions. This ended up being a lengthy chat, so we’ve split it in to two chunks. Part 1 is about the series as a whole, and how it reached the top of the zeitgeist pile for so long, and Part 2 is mostly about the final season, and what they did to lose so many people.

So, you can download those right here, or through the Apple Podcast App, under the name Frame Work, where you’ll also have access to our ongoing Tarantino episodes (Hateful Eight, coming soon).
