Last week, we posted the first half of the super-sized Pulp Fiction conversation between fellow contributor Al Schwartz and myself, regarding the career of Quentin Tarantino. And here’s the second half! As such, there’s no introduction, just a dive right in to a discussion of Bruce Willis and his exceptional, career-altering work as Butch. And if you missed that first half, you can catch up right here.

Included in this episode, there’s talk of the moral calculus Tarantino explores within his LA crime universe, the less memorable female characters of Pulp Fiction, QT’s ten-and-done strategy, a stern rebuke from Schwartz on the supposed genius of Winston Wolf, and a handful of musings on such topics as bourbon milkshakes and monster cereal.

And next week, we’ll be discussing the Tony Scott entry into the Tarantino canon, True Romance, as well as some of the other varied QT side projects of the 90s. Stay tuned!
